Terms of Service

Last Updated: January 16, 2026

Welcome to FL Fort Lauderdale Concrete. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before hiring us for your concrete project.

Services Provided

We provide professional concrete installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties in Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard materials and techniques.

Specific services include but are not limited to: concrete driveways, patios, walkways, pool decks, foundations, slabs, stamped concrete, decorative finishes, repairs, resurfacing, and leveling. Each project is customized to meet your specific needs and requirements.

Quotes and Pricing

We provide free written quotes for all projects. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may change if project scope changes or if site conditions differ from what was assessed during the initial consultation.

Payment terms are outlined in each project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. All prices include materials and labor unless otherwise specified in writing.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. While we make every effort to complete work on schedule, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruptions.

Concrete requires proper curing time before it can be used. We will inform you of specific curing requirements for your project. Using concrete before it has fully cured can cause damage and may void warranties.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and for securing any necessary permits or approvals from homeowner associations or local authorities. You must inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other obstacles that may affect the project.

You agree to keep children and pets away from the work area during construction and curing periods. You are responsible for following our care and maintenance instructions after project completion.

Warranty

We warranty our workmanship for one year from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in installation and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, ground settlement, tree roots, or acts of nature.

Concrete naturally develops small surface cracks due to shrinkage during curing. These hairline cracks are normal and do not affect the structural integrity of the concrete. They are not covered under warranty. We will address any significant structural issues that result from our workmanship during the warranty period.

Liability

We maintain full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for all our employees. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed prior to excavation.

Our liability is limited to the cost of repairs or replacement of defective work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from delays, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes and Cancellations

Changes to project scope must be requested in writing and may result in additional charges. We will provide updated pricing before proceeding with any changes. Cancellations made after work has begun may incur charges for work completed and materials ordered.

If you need to reschedule your project, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations may result in rescheduling fees to cover mobilization costs.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our work, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Most problems can be solved through direct communication.

In the unlikely event that we cannot resolve a dispute through discussion, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

Privacy and Data

We collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, and email address to provide our services. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to complete your project or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
